i ordered for a sim card on 27.12,21 my order number xxxxx.onjan20.22at 820pm i received a message informing me that the s i m card which the send had returned  to them. i informed them that they put the address as mentioned in my order. that is  xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. up to now i have not received any information from them

Wow, that is a longtime to wait. Just contact a CS_Agent to get a refund and pick one up at a local PM retailer like London Drugs, Walmart, The Mobile Shop or order online from Canadian Cell Supplies for $3.99.

For your SIM issue, please open ticket with PM support to ask for update.  For quicker response, please Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. Type: did not receive my sim card
  2. Then click "Contact Us" ,
  3. and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
