Has anyone signed up for the new customer black friday promotion prior to Dec 17, 2021?
It advertised using 2GBBONUS code would give 2gb bonus on plans $35+ and a free 2nd month. My 2nd month payment is coming up and I am wondering if anyone has received their free 2nd month credit prior to or after the 2nd month payment was due?

I believe for all recent free month promotion, PM will debit the equivalent plan amount to your account shortly after your first month, between your day 31 to day 60 with PM. This credit can then be used towards your 3rd month service (2nd renewal)
With your timeline, you should have got the amount. Since you don't , open a ticket with PM Support

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

I believe it depends on the date you activated+45 days judging by the one customer who reported having the free third month credit applied to their account. But I will try and find the thread to confirm the 45 days is what I recall being correct.

Here is the thread. The OP did not mention when they activated but it was applied 42 days after the promo activation date expiry. Or 59 days after they first may have activated so you may have to wait until day 59 to see it applied.

Has anyone got a free 2nd month from this promotion successfully? My second month renewal is coming, and still hasn't seen any credit... Do you receive a text when you get a free 2nd month?
joined in Dec, the 1st renewal is in Jan, so the 2nd renewal is in Feb, so Feb should be free month, is my understanding correct?

The black Friday promotion was a third month free credit. You will recieve the credit sometime between day 31 and day 60. If you don't recieve the credit by day 58 or so you may contact customer support to inquire about having it added to your account.

For that promotion, I believe that the free month (30 days of service) is supposed to be for the third month (renewal). So you should see that credit put into your account before your third month. If not, then you'll have to contact a CSA for help with that problem.

You'lll recieve the credit within 60 days from the time of your activation.
