Would anyone happen to know if you get to keep the 18 month $5 Welcome Back Credit when doing a plan change? Signed up on Black Friday but am now considering changing plans and just want to be sure I don’t lose that credit.

Confirmed with support. Unfortunately once applied it goes with which ever plan you signed up with. Not worth the change for me at least for now.

PM giving $5 for 18 months? that's a lot!!
I doubt you can keep the $5 if you make a plan change. And I don't think anyone in the Community has the experience to confirm. So, better to ask PM support agent to confirm
