I have an account with public mobile. My phone will be updated. How can I get a Sim card for the new phone?
Please provide step by step instructions.

If you have physical SIM then you can just take it out of old phone and put into new phone.
If your new phone doesn’t have physical SIM or you have eSIM, then you can get a eSIM card by signing onto my account and on overview of My Account if you scroll down click on Order now in Purchase a SIM Card section. In the tab that opens you can buy a eSIM.

@Jammyblueeyes if your old phone had a physical SIM and the new phone has a SIM slot simply remove the SIM from the old phone and place it in the new phone, restart the new phone and it should work. Remember to install the Public Mobile app on your new phone as it will be handy for checking your usage, making account and subscription changes. If your old phone used a eSIM you will need the PM app on the new phone to "purchase" an eSIM but if you already had one before then you will not be charged for a new one.
