I have suspended my service for 1 day and tried to resume the following day but the sevice is not resumed. What do I do to resume service ?

you cannot just subscribe back if you put it on suspension via lost/stolen
you need to login My Account, go to Profile page and go to the bottom Lost/Stolen button to resume

@bedith_7 When you log into your account you should see pay now and resume service . Also make sure you toggle auto subscribe back on . You can also buy payment butcher from shoppers drug mart and load it *611 to resume service

how you suspended your service? with Lost/Stolen or by not making payment on renewal?
if the account is suspended for non-payment, login My Account and click Pay now and Resume service. But if you suspended by Lost/Stolen, just login My Account and undo the Lost /Stolen
or post us screenshot and let us understand more your situation.
