I am new to Public Mobile. I do not know my voicemail password. When I go to the option to reset pswd, it does not work. It wants me to log off and tog lo back in to try again. Still does not work. Can anyone help. Jake

Thanks, maybe I should change my PIN when I dial the 4001 number. They are both the same.

did you try using another browser or even try on another computer or phone?

You need to enter your 4 PIN to access your voice-mail.

If you have set up voicemail but need to reset your 4 digit voicemail pin # then follow this protocol before logging in and getting your voicemail pin # reset.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

@speakout - did you set up your voicemail?

Alternatively, check which Voicemail Access Numbers is near you (you can use any really), and set it up as a contact:

If you try to access your voicemail try your 10 digit number.
