@Kippeddy66  - did you buy a $10 SIM card on the 13th?

You need to pay taxes, so that would be $11.50 with 15% tax.

I was actually thinking the same about how the charge on the credit card could be for the purchase of a SIM card. If someone goes to a retail sotre to get a SIM card but activates after arriving home, the SIM card would have been charged to the credit card account seperately from the plan fee, although the buyer would likely remember making this purchase?

@Kippeddy66

Do you have another person who is authorized to use this credit card account?

I cannot figure out your 11.5. If you paid $10 for service it should be $11.30.

There's no way to know that based on the informatin provided in this thread. The province or territory and the sales tax reate was never confirmed.

What plan are you on?

How many rewards did you have? What does you transactions say?

What province are you in?

What your PM self-serving account says regarding transactions? Please note transaction history will show amounts without taxes.

I cannot figure out your 11.5. If you paid $10 for service it should be $11.30.

@Kippeddy66   $11.5 sound like a $10 charge + tax .  It could be $10 for this renewal after your rewards applied

that could be a regular monthly charge for renewal.  Is Jan 13 supposed to be your cycle renew day?  Remember PM runs on 30 days cycle and they don't charge no the same day every month

Check the transaction log on My Account

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/

select Last 30 days as the range and it should show you what happened.  You can post screenshot if you have trouble understanding the logs
