Dear Public mobile,
I need an invoice statement for last 2 months reflecting my address in the invoice document. Please advice if the invoice of the last 2 bills can be sent along with my address mentioned over the sane ?

You can get a receipt for the last 60 days by contact the CS_Agent.

While Public Mobile can provide you a receipt, this wouldn't be considered proof of address. The address that you provide was never verified.

To get an invoice from PM , you need to open a ticket with PM Agent and have them to prepare one for you. This could take couple weeks. Best to to wait to ask for a batch of invoice every 3 months or 6 months.
This is the experience from another user when he requested the invoice
To open ticket :
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
