That's public mobile....the phone company you can't phone. But I get faster support here then when I call telus about my tv and internet. Pm has longer business hours to contact customer support each day than telus does to call. If you don't like Simple--Simon then send a private message with "Reset Account Pin #" in the subject line and leave a detailed message. They will send you a verification link since you don't know your 4 digit account pin #.
For an easy way to access your new pin # enter it in your phone contacts as Auntie Darla......lol......or Uncle Bob 1 416 767 XXXX. This way you know where to find it if you forget it and you enter just like you enter any of your contacts. Need a pic too?👺 Tell no one and your secret will be safe.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

To change your PIN you will have to contact agent: Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
They are not able to see your PIN but they can update it so have it ready and remember it.
