Hi !
I cannot remove my credit card info in the add-on and my teenage son was able to buy date without my consent. I was only paying for a little data and phone line. I want to remove my card and close this account. No techs to help??
Terrible customer service. 120$ charged without easy fixing ...ark.

Hello! I’m very sorry to hear this happened. Unfortunately customer support are the only ones who can remove the credit card from the account.

Keep an eye on your mailbox here as that is where your reply will come in (envelope icon on desktop, click your avatar icon in the corner and then click messages if on mobile).
As for closing the account you can go to your payment tab, manage subscription, and then turn off the subscription/autopay. After a payment isn’t made the account will go on hold and be closed in 90 days. Support might also be able to close the account immediately if you ask.
Porting your number to another provider will also close the account but do know that the account must be active in order to port the number.
