How can I get Public Mobile to release my number so I can change to a new provider?

@Chalupa_Batman , you will need to place the lowest amount on your account and chose the lowest plan of $15
Can't do that any more, the $15 plan is for new activations only

@Lorno Also make sure to leave your Public Mobile sim in the phone to receive the text to which you reply YES to release the number.

Your new provider will send a port request to PM. You will get a text and you have to say YES or Yes or yes.
The most important part of porting is your PM account has to be active. If it's not, then no port will happen. If your PM account is not active, you will need to place the lowest amount on your account and chose the lowest plan of $15. Then create the port request via the other provider. If your account is active, then please create a ticket to advise them the port is in progress.
