how do I get a refund? they never send a code to confirm setup so the plan is useless/worthless

Having the exact same experience, the plan is impossible to access without the SIM card and their SIM tool broke my SIM card tray. I can't find any way to cancel or get a refund and there's no phone number or human customer service to contact. The customer service is so unlike any carrier I've ever had that I just want to cancel, but they won't let me.

if nothing work and the activation failed, you can ask for refund, we seen that before

but, why not just work with them on getting issue fixed?

are you using physical sim or esim? what phone model you have?

it's literally not activated, nothing is working. I don't even want to be with public if this is the activation process, just want the refund but they refuse to give it. Crazy, never seen anything like this before lol

if they cannot provide refund, work with that to get the line working

what is the issue? what is not working now?

Trust, I just went thought the same thing. They just say sorry, won't give a refund. Public robbing people over here.

check with PM support agent what was wrong, they might be able to fix it quickly without the need to refund and go to another carrier, but of course, you can ask for refund if they cannot help
