Hello,

I canceled my account the same day I activated it. I am looking to get a refund. 

What is the process?

PM is a prepaid carrier and only provide refund if the service didn't activate 

but you can try, maybe your situation qualifies.  you can submit  ticket by direct message:

usually no refunds with Public Mobile, but you can ask. Use this link to start that process..
