Hello,
I recently signed up for public mobile( a week ago) and want to cancel it. I haven't received the sim card yet, and don't have option to cancel subscription in the app.
How do I cancel and get a refund? I understand I won't get the refund for the sim card, but I want the refund for the monthly subscription since I have not used and will not use it.

Yeah I agree, but the site is misleading when it says 2 days of shipping. Also the app says 7 business days, then the activation centres I called said it'll take 15 business days. There's no consistency. I'm not expecting any one-day or few days to receive it. Simply transparency with realistic estimate, not lower numbers to unnecessarily lead people on.

It takes about two days for them to ship it not delever it. They use canada post to Mail it and can take anywhere from a few days to a week or two. They are not amazon but you can order a sim and get it in a day or two from amazon.

I am not looking to do anything with the SIM card. I just want to cancel the service altogether and don't mind paying just for the SIM card.
Btw, does anyone know how to contact to get them to update their site about the SIM card?
On the main site, it says 2 business days to ship the SIM card and in the app it says 7 business days. When I called the activation centre, they told me up to 15 business days. It'd be nice if they would be honest and consistent.

ask PM first about the sim card, they might offer you to pickup from a Telus or Koodo store around you so you can complete the activation today
or if you like, you can also ask them to cancel the service and refund. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
