how can I get a refund, I cant login in the app and the website is impossible to try and do anything with

I am having the same problem as you. This is the following response I received after some back and forth messaging going nowhere (removed some information I had requested for):

I responded back I did NOT use the service, I was unable to even access the service because of inability to even log into my account. I am not trying to escalate to supervisor for a refund because literally it's an unused service... unable to use it.

@graeme111 pm is pre paid and no refunds ? But if you can’t / haven’t activated support will give refund or help you gain access
