If you need a referral code it is preferable to simply private message another member of your choosing and ask for theirs as they will apply oblige. This way you won't get spammed with unwanted referral codes.

when you are unaware where to add referral code or you forgot or the process failed to accept in the system then you need to contact support agents to get it manually applied to your account.
Click the blurb on the bottom right to create a ticket or send CS_Agent a direct msg to them.

@Softail96 you should have entered the referral code on Page 4 of the activation portal.
If you have activated already and you didn't enter it earlier, it probably still not too late. Open ticket with PM support and kindly ask them to manually reapply back:
1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
