Hello,
I just reactivated my account after being away 6 weeks.
The date of my monthly payment cycle is dated from yesterday? Why?

Yeah I confused myself 🙂
The date is "correct" in as far as this place works. Sign up date or renewed start date. The first date is one day "early". When you renew next, it will look like it's one day early. So just think of it as 11:59pm eastern of that first date.

@_MamaTimo , I see @Priority posted a similar issue in the Community in the post “Plan Change Error”! Except this was by autopay & was charged 1 day earlier then stated on account!

I do not understand your response. But thanks for trying.
I reactivated around 3-4 pm Central Time. That is like 15 hours after 11:59 yesterday.

The date showing there for the date range is actually more like 11:59pm eastern of the first date through to 11:59pm eastern of the second date.
Since you just signed up then for you, then from now of course, but that date will be as I mentioned.

except it seems to be in 29 days... not a huge deal but seems a bit "scammy" of them.

if you paid it today, your next renewal is in 30 days...(unless you're on a 90 day plan)
