I havent used my phone for 3 months and now not able to pay for my service to re activate, need help with activation

account can only be suspended for 90 days or it will be closed permanently.  

you can check your account status by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your phone number.  If the system cannot find the number, then yes, the account was closed.  You need a new sim card to re-subscribe with a new number
