@tyrannosaurus and you will need to wait few hours to 2 days for a reply...be patient they will help you..Smiley Happy

Can you call or text out?

If not, try the lost/stolen phone trick to re-provision your plan features.

1. Login to your self-serve account.
2. Report your phone lost/stolen using [Plan and Add-Ons] --> [Lost/Stolen Phone]
3. Logoff
4. Wait 5 minutes and login again
5. Report your phone found.
6. Re-start you phone to provision your account again. i.e. enable all features of you plan again.

If this trick failed to get thing working again, you should send a private message to moderator for help. But the wait is up to 48 hours. Good luck.

once i topped up, the money was immediately spent and it went through.

i looked at my DATA and it said my plan was active.

i already did a reset.

What is your plan?

How much did you paid to reactivate your plan?

Is your account status active or suspended on your overview page?

How much is the amount of available fund on your overview page?

It usually takes a few hours for payments to go through. Check if the money has been taken from your account and if your account status had been changed to Active.

 

Try adding $1 more to your account and restarting your phone.

i re-activated my plan by topping up, and still have no service after a couple hours.
