that solution did not work.i guess it is up to the moderators. thank you anyways, but re-topping up your account after a de-activation and then re-activation should always work. i'm surprised there is no immediate switch to "service on" to this effec...

once i topped up, the money was immediately spent and it went through.i looked at my DATA and it said my plan was active.i already did a reset.

it is what it is.i re-activated my plan by topping up, and still have no service after a couple hours.
