@themoon you , that prompt means you are out of dat
you can buy extra data add-on and use it until next renewal
If you cannot wait till next renewal, you can open ticket with PM support and ask them to help and early renewal so you have a new round of data

The data plan disappeared, @themoon ?
All in-market plans here have data as a component of the plan.
Do you mean you now know you have DEPLETED your available plan data?

Whoa @themoon
Can you share if you are a new/existing customer?
Are you having this problem all the time, or just in certain locations?
As far as the 'text notifications' re data - ignore them. They're all but useless when folks have buckets of data (plan and bonus and holiday data, and the such).
Always refer to self-serve site for accurate data counter (after clearing cache and cookies or opening incognito tab to login)

You do not need new SIM if existing is working nor PM would know if you have broken SIM.
Using Data from add-on should be seamless when you exhaust your plan's data.
As for the message you refer too, never saw similar. Even at public WiFi provider (NOT PM) is asking to sign in, and accept whatever.

that usually means you are out of data!!
login My Account using Incognito mode and check if you still have any data left.
try reboot your phone once

@themoon Not sure about the prompt to sign in on your mobile, but data notice most likely is in error. Login into your account using incognito/private mode to view the current account details, or use another browser and clear cache/cookies as the site has terrible caching issues.
