E sim not activated

I recently joined public mobile and when I initially entered the IMEI number it said that it was compatible with my Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra.

After downloading the Public Mobile App in order to complete the subscription,  it indicated that an eSim was incompatible with my phone.  It also did not prompt me to transfer my old phone number. 

I am currently a Telus mobile customer moving over to Public Mobile.

@Sfiorido   You may need to get a physical sim card from a Telus/Koodo corporate store or on Amazon.  You can get them direct from Public Mobile but it may take a bit longer since they are currently sending by alternatives to Canada Post.  If you prefer to contact customer service use this link to private message them.

hi @Sfiorido 

you were using the PM app to activate?  if not, please download the app and login to complete the rest of the activation step (like number porting)

if you were using the app already, just want to confirm after you got passed the payment step, did you see the phone number porting step?
