"phone not registered on network" message.

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Setting up new account - Transferring my number & followed all steps (& have made payment). Approved transfer within 90 mins. Inserted new sim card but get message "phone not registered on network". Tried turning it off & on but nothing works.  Any idea's

That is correct. Those are two separate situations I stated. First paragraph was related to their current problem SIM card not working and getting that error. The second paragraph was "if" they ported the number and the other carriers SIM card was still working, the port didn't go through.
