How do I sign into my account? 

 

I suppose my account has been registered in the past, however I no longer have access to that information. When I attempt to create an account, by using my SIM or my phone number, an error message appears stating that the SIM or number are in use but don't attempt to redirect me even though this information has been acknowledged. How do I access my account otherwise? A little lost and confused.

Have you been keeping up with your monthly payment? 
If not, your account will be closed and no access to your account for nonpayment for longer than 90 days.

Try dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check on the status of your account. If it is active or suspended…that is good but if your the system can’t locate your number then your account is closed.

Try clicking on Forgot Email or Password and see if those help. If you still can't figure out what you used to open the account, contact a CS Agent for help.
