Good evening I'm trying to use my cell phone to make a call and every time I try to call it says not registered. Can you help me in solving this please and thank you.

So when I registered I used the imei number instead of the account number. I'm thinking that's my problem. I have the account number know. What do I do moving forward please?

Download the app to your cellphone, log in and see if your account was activated successfully. Did you request to port your old number in to new PM account ? Here's a short vid tutorial to help in the port process...

awesome what common glitch, reboot the phone first and test again
if same, ask support agent to refresh the account

a bit more info would help. Are you a new subscriber ? Did you recently port your number in to your new Public Mobile account OR have you had this account for some time. If you had this account for awhile, use this link to message Customer Support for their help...
