"Error logging in" on ticket submission page

I can log into the Community (obviously 😋), but I cannot log in on the ticket submission page. I've tried both my Community login and my Public Mobile account login. I receive the error "Error logging in". Help!

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
