apparently my brother locked my esim and now i need a puk code to regain access to my account… can anyone help???

And DO NOT TRY to delete the eSIM. If you delete it, PM would not be able to provide you another one. So, wait for PM support to reply

i do not have the puk code, he entered the pin right but now it’s asking for a puk code directly from the carrier service. so i tried my best to try to contact the public mobile service but they were closed so i guess i have to wait tomorrow morning

Doesn’t your brother remember the PUK he entered on your phone?
If not, private message a CS_Agent on your computer by clicking the envelope icon.
Staff hours are from 9:00am to 10:00pm EST but you can still pm them and they will pm you back in the morning.
