is there a way i can get a hold of them through calling or is it all just chatting in here for help?

i do not have the puk code, he entered the pin right but now it’s asking for a puk code directly from the carrier service. so i tried my best to try to contact the public mobile service but they were closed so i guess i have to wait tomorrow morning
