You can put the request/ticket in, it will take them couple of hours to reply back. Usually within 4 hours (during business hours), but due to late hours/weekend it make take more time, but in any case submit the ticket ASAP.
Here is the chatbot reply:
During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.
Our Customer Support Agents are available on weekends from 9 AM to 10 PM EST. If you need assistance outside of these hours, you can submit a ticket and an agent will get back to you during our operational hours.
