I lost my phone so I cannot access the app because it asks for a OTC from both my email AND the phone number. All the articles say that the chatbot can report it lost for me but I just sends me to the same articles every time. Please help?

Hi, are you positive that it asks a code from both email and phone? Usually, it sends a code to phone number which you can replace by having the code sent to email. If so, you can use the chatbot to connect to an agent. In the chatbot, type “agent”.

If you choose the alternate method, make sure to stay logged in to your community account and monitor the envelope icon on the top right since that is where you will receive the response.
