I put my sim card into my samsung s4 phone but it shows at top of screen simm card unregistered. It is a new simm card registered and paid for New public mobile account plan paid for. Any help would be appreciated,

turn off device and take out SIM card and insert back on.
if still not works then contact support team by > CS_Agent to check it.

If the sim card works in another phone @67Firebird , perhaps this phone is locked to its previous provider..contact them to unlock it for you.
Sometimes removing, and reinserting your sim card may help with this message if it is just not seated properly.
You may want to check also, just to make sure, that your phone is not listed as blacked here : Check the Status of Your Device in Canada | DeviceCheck.ca

If Yes then you must have entered your sim number and might have selected a phone number or ported a number from other provider. Login to your account and check once

Did you do the registration process online by creating a profile?

If you do a full power cycle off and on do any messages pop up through the restart? If so then come back with the exact wording from them.
