It looks public Mobile is offering a $40 50GB @ 5G. But when I select it and put my postal code in, I'm greeted with a popup saying that my postal code doesn't match the province.
It looks like this has been a problem for years. Is public Mobile intentionally deceiving us and doing false advertising, in the hopes we will choose higher priced plans?

I had this error today on the website. I talked to support via chat and they recommended I try via the mobile app. It worked for me after that!

Do you pick the province first at top right of web site? Might make a difference.

Hi @PB_Fake_plans90 where you try to pick the plan?? From your My Account 's Change Subscription page?? Or from New activation??
if you see it on My Account 's Change Subscription page, I don't think it will complain the postal code. can you share screenshots??
If new activation, yes, it could complain postal code and address mismatch for newly developed area
give us more info

Are you a new customer? Or existing customer changing plans?
Public mobile is not intentionally deceiving customers or doing false advertising. However, the website has many different technical glitches/ issues at various times.

Is this because your area code is from a different province?
