I was trying to to port out my number to Eastlink (local Atlantic company) and they said that my number is blocked and I need to ask PM to remove the block. Who should I contact? Thanks, Sergey

You need to respond to the text that Public mobile sends to confirm that you want to port out. You can contact moderator as described above.

is your account active still or in suspended status ? Account needs to be active to be ported out.
You can open a ticket with the mod and confirm why it was blocked...
