Hello,

I have changed to $29 for 40G on 4G network plan in my account and effective on renewal date(Today).

But I saw it still charged me $34 for 50G on 5G network as previous one.

Could you please check it and let me know why this happen and what you can do  to correct it.

@Lisong   When did you set it up to change to the $29 plan, because currently it is for new activations only?

sometimes it is a browser cache and you are not reading the correct info.  Please login My Account again using Incognito mode, check the plan details and as well as payment history (https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history)to confirm

if the plan really didn't change, please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
