I have CA-US-MX PLAN and I want to know if I can call Canada with no charges from USA or Mexico. 

I know I can call USA and Mexico from Canada for free, but is it also free to call Canada from USA and Mexico.  Thanks

Adding to other comments. If you are calling from the USA. Enable VoLTE in your phone setting and your phone need a to be on the whitelist.

you can call Canada from US and Mx with no charges.

added...if dialing Canada from Mx dial +1, area code, number.
