today i tryed to change my plan to a 5g plan. it gharged my credit card but i don't think it was completed

CSA_PM (PM customer service ) did sent you an earlier private message. Need to respond to that message.

However, CSA_PM may be getting off shift soon and usually don't work over the weekend. If you are in conversation with CSA_PM, they should be able to help. 

If they are not available at this time, then you may need to send a private message to CS_Agent as described earlier. 

P.S. I will combine your duplicate threads.

Click your Avatar picture,  to see the message they sent you and respond to it.

Just know, they will try to offer you a credit to your account, and not a refund. A refund for some reason is a longer process. If you do ask for a refund, make sure you watch your credit card for the refund payment.

Today I tryed to get a new 5g plan.i entered my credit card number and was charged 44.80. I would like that refunded as i didn't finish trying to get the plan. I find this very confusing.
