Network issue

I have no network in my phone , tried all which your app says , google says , chat GTP says … please help, I am out of Canada

That is expected. PM does not have roaming service in Europe at all

It only has it in USA and Mexico

Public Mobile services does not work outside of Canada without proper plan or add-ons. 

Which plan do you have?

If you are outside of Canada, you are roaming. Public supports roaming in the US with Can-US plans and add-ons. Also supports Mexico with Can-US-Mexico plans. If you are somewhere else then you'll have to look for other options. So to start do you have one those plans or add-ons? If so, then you need to enable roaming on your phone and if it doesn't automatically connect to a roaming partner, then try manually connecting.
