didn't receive my phone i ordered dec 19th charged my master card $44.85....is there an ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER WITH A ACTUAL PERSON THAT CAN FIX THIS.

@kalvinator77 phone order generally take a week or two for delivery. With the holiday break, it could be delayed. But you should be able to get it this week
Yes, open ticket with PM support as advised. But Chatbot has problem with CPO type of ticket,, so, please direct message support with the order number instead:

That's not too hard to imagine, @kalvinator77
Even SIM cards take 5-15 days to be received.
On top of that, there were/are 2 holiday periods in the past 2 weeks which impact delivery times.
