If not, more information could be helpful. Are you an existing customer, or have you just activated a Public Mobile SIM card (new number or ported in a number from another provider) ?

Before it happened to my old phone sometimes, need to re-insert the sim card, and re-start the phone. Sometimes due to the position, not recognize the sim card.
