Phone calling doesn't work

I try calling someone and it seems like it is going to work then it hangs up, it doesn't even dial.

we have another community member who just posted some issue with voice calls.  Your data works?  Not sure if it is an area wide outage

but what phone do you have?  PM has been realigning some 3G network band and I hope your phone not affected.  But if you have a phone from overseas, you might be impacted

did you try reboot your phone? or try your sim on another phone
