I have been charged twice this month, once for the existing plan terminating on Jan 10th and my new plan starting January 10th.

how do I go about to obtain a refund?

@CMartins  - do you see the extra funds in your My Account? If so, those funds will be used upon future renewals.

@CMartins @. First Check your credit card one may say pending if yes then it will probably fall off .. if it posts in a day or two then contact support
