What is going on with my plan that I changed on Jan 10th for a $40 for 15GB at 4G, now it says I have 5GB at 3G ???And I had a ticket that was resolved so they said.I am starting to get unhinged with Public mobile!
I have been charged twice this month, once for the existing plan terminating on Jan 10th and my new plan starting January 10th.how do I go about to obtain a refund?

Thank you all, but I opted for a change immediately and it works now. I have 15GB at 4G with unlimited can calls and unlimited text and pictures for $40. lets hope it stays this time
