What is going on with my plan that I changed on Jan 10th for a $40 for 15GB at 4G, now it says I have 5GB at 3G ???And I had a ticket that was resolved so they said.I am starting to get unhinged with Public mobile! 
I have been charged twice this month, once for the existing plan terminating on Jan 10th and my new plan starting January 10th.how do I go about to obtain a refund?
My plan was supposed to change Jan 10th, 15 GB 4G and it is still at 5G and 3GB,What is happening
