My plan was supposed to change Jan 10th, 15 GB 4G and it is still at 5G and 3GB,

What is happening

Thank you all, but I opted for a change immediately and it works now. I have 15GB at 4G with unlimited can calls and unlimited text and pictures for $40. lets hope it stays this time

@CMartins Be patient. Wait until tomorrow, then log into your account, refresh the page and then if it hasn't changed come back here and open a ticket.

Try again incognito mode/private mode or simply try refreshing the page on the yellow circle while signed in to public mobile

Your probably looking at old cached information before.

 

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead..

Then refresh your overview page using the little circular refresh wheel.
