System error wont allow my payment through -

Help! My subscription plan is not processing the payment and my plan now is on hold. My card is fine, i try to process the payment and the alert i get is: "Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later." Can someone advice or help?

Try to resume service by using voucher first.  Buy it from Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drug and load the voucher using *611 (there are other places with PM voucher, but buying from the above guarantee the voucher can be used immediately without any wait

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes

usually we are people to  wait a day or even longer before you try again.  When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled) 

but if your plan has already expired, it is quicker to  buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
