Hi,
please I recently ported into public mobile and on the can-USA- mex plan. I noticed my cellular data is less than 1G when the plan provides 60G data. It’s really slow browsing or looking up social media etc.
please can suggest what I should do?

are you on LTE or 4G now?
I just ran a speed test. At least for me and in my area, my 5G is about 147 Mbps down and 7Mbps Up, but my 4G/LTE speed was 1Mbps down and less than 1Mbps
But.. i tried it again after 5 mins, it jumped back to 56 down and 1.5 Up

Make sure you have the latest Carrier Profile
and try different network mode, 4G (or LTE) or 5G On or 5G Auto
Last, you can ask PM to reprovision the account. Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

May I know what phone is that?
make sure you remove all the old sim card and eSIM
and try Reset network settings
if physical sim, try it on another phone

do you meant the speed is less than 1Mbps? or you only have 1GB of data?
if you find the speed is slow, try reboot and Reset Network settings on your phone
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent and ask them to refresh the account. You can submit by using Chatbot here:
