I can not get on to see my account as the email i registered with no longer exists. It wants me to subscribe every time I log in and I can not get past this to change my email. The AI help line does not understand my questions. What do I do?

Your email is a login ID so it shouldn’t effect your login as long as the correct password was entered to login and the 2FA code will be sent by text or call.
Since the system is asking to subscribe then your old email is not linked to EverSafe ID. In this case, contact a CS_Agent to help you login to your account. Once you are in your account then go to Account tab then Manage Login (Secure by EverSafe) and change email address.

Submit a ticket by sending a private message to CS_Agent. They will ask for some information to verify ownership and can likely change the email on your account.
