I received the SMS message from telus and I replied yes. I received their confirmation it was completed but I didn’t get the chance to load the eSIM and I accidently closed the app.
Can someone help me please? My phone isn’t working and I can’t get the text messages for the verification

Check if you received a Welcome email form PM and if that contains an eSIM QR code to scan and install
if not, ask PM for help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

hi @Htilly
you shouldn't have closed the app, the app would have automatically install the esim for you. There is a chance you need to change to physical sim first to complete the activation and change back to esim after
