My payment was made and confirmed by the back and the public account but its not renewing.

How did you make the payment? What do you mean "never used"?

It Looks like the payment was applied to my friends account under my email that was never used. Is there a way to transfer the funds to my actual phone line?

You might just be looking at old cached information.
Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead.
If your service is working, then the payment worked.

@scondeau if you login My Account using Incognito mode, do you see the fund you loaded showing as Available fund there? Or available fund = $0?
also check the Payment history and see if it shows entries on you loaded the fund and how the fund were used

@scondeau , is your account showing in suspended status or service not working? Try accessing the self serve account using incognito mode on the browser, you might be seeing cached information.

Try again incognito mode/private mode or simply try refreshing the page on the yellow circle while signed in to public mobile
