I changed my plan yesterday and chose the option to change it on the renewal date.
Today is the renewal date and my plan has not changed.
What did I do wrong?

Thank you for advice. Payment history works as expected unlike the rest of the My Account.

Try again incognito mode/private mode or simply try refreshing the page on the yellow circle while signed in to public mobile

Your probably looking at old cached information.
Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead.
Then refresh your overview page using the little circular refresh wheel.

@pmuser_8 you could be just reading the old cached page. The new My Account has some browser cache problem
Login again using Incognito mode and you should see the correct plan you have now
Also check Payment history to confirm PM took the new plan amount
