Hi all,
my account is suspended because my credit card was compromised and payment did not go through. i am trying to re-activate with my new credit card but wont accept. *611 is not helping because my old credit card is still stuck in the system, i tried to edit and enter the new one but wont allow me

Here's what I'd recommend, @Xassan
If you can, use a Visa debit card to update the auto-payment details. Once it's been added, make the payment required to restore service.
Then, a few days later, add the new credit card to the file.

maybe use a voucher to resume account first
buy the voucher from stores and load the voucher using *611

@Xassan , try logging in and navigating the online account using incognito mode to replace your credit card. Sometimes data cache problems can affect credit card updates. Once you have the credit card replaced, you will be able to do the renewal from within the online account.
